I know this dude. He's tribal, and the stuff with going tiger is a totemic thing for him. Since body mod like that isn't sanctioned, he has to get all his work done without anesthetics. That includes the teeth filing, the ear tips, the cheek and other implants, and the cheek and forehead mounts for his 'whiskers.' He's had someone working on a prosthetic tail for years.
