Surely it's a king cobra (hence the crown) around a dagger? And the significance? No idea!
gotta agree with Glenn.. it's a king cobra wrapped around a dagger smokin a cigar
King Cobra, but with extra bits that ordinary people just can't be expected to understand, plus some gambling motifs.
