This is indeed the 'Turkey Monkey' from the circa 1995 DEVO CD-ROM game 'Smart Patrol'. The Turkey Monkey is a disease vector for the dreaded condition known as 'Osso-Bucco-Myelitis' within the context of the game.
During Imperial times the less circulated emperors are the coins that will bring the most money. If you take the bars all the way out of the wrapper and take your time eating it, you will end up with a melted mess on your fingers. I use a White's metal detector and also surface hunt.
