I think it's time you do a spell check before posting your blogs.You can't make fun of misspelled tattoos when you can't even "seam" to spell yourself!
Obviously it was misspelled sarcastically, given the accompanying "kewl."
This looks like it started out as a poorly drawn baseball Reds logo, or maybe the Indians? something with a mohawk and ponytail ... and changed tack halfway through. And then stopped entirely.
